The world is in shift and it is showing up bigtime in our business cultures. Joining me today is John J. Murphy, the respected CEO of Venture Management Consultants, Inc. He brings awareness of our needed culture change, both in our business focus and our own inner settings. A shift from "Me-opic" (What's in it for me?) to "We-opic" (Oneness, Teamwork, Unity, Collective Consciousness, Atonement, Synergy).

Business cultures: business is a person's regular occupation, profession, or trade. Often, we might think in terms of Livelihood which is a means of securing the necessities of life. There is nothing here that speaks to our business as our passion.
Culture is a ‘Field’ of energy that influences the way people think and feel. It is essential that CEOs and leaders cultivate a healthy field — like a gardener. What are the ethics and boundaries to not be crossed in any one company, in any one person?
Leaders and followers are dynamics within each of us. A good leader knows how to encourage the best in those around him or her and how to follow, and is not less than for following. He or she knows how to unite with others to foster a common good. How do we lead ourselves and others?
MVP: Mission, Vision, Principles. The three qualities that are at the heart of any business. Mission is the why. Vision is what that business looks like as compelling, exciting and motivating. Principles are our constants, what we hold on to that don’t change, our consistency of purpose.
John’s influences: Jesus, A Course in Miracles, the teachings of Buddha, the Tao and The Law of Attraction. His awareness of Wholeness that can experienced in the joy that came with the births of his four children and in the loss of his father and a painful divorce.
“An unexamined life is not worth living.”
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and right doing, there is a field. I'll meet you there.”
“Let be, let go, let see, let flow.”

What does it mean to live consciously with energetic awareness in daily life? We can access the warmth, acceptance and non-judgment that is universal consciousness. We are all part of that spectrum, as individuals interconnected. There is no time, no space. Accessing the state of potential can help us to allow for new choices in our habitual feelings, behaviors and responses. Joan and I are subtle energy empaths in the field of consciousness. Join us as we talk about our individual and collective evolutions on Conscious Conversations with Joan and Janet. Explore what it would be like to change your rules and realities.
