We must deal with the slings and arrows of Life. We are told to get over it, but we do not. There is no peace, only the ache. We hold on, we resist, we plot and plan. We can embrace the grudge and nurture the hurt, sometimes for generations. John is the author of Beyond Doubt: Four Steps to Inner Peace. Feel your shifts as John and Janet explore the four steps to inner peace now, where you embrace the wisdom within your creation.

Ours is the language of being grateful with the pain that life can offer each of us in the gift of awareness of our thoughts. Let is allow. Not prevent. It is acceptance and not an issue of surrender.
This dialogue from Beyond Doubt: Four Steps to Inner Peace nicely sums up our adventure together here.
‘Where are you going this time, Daddy?’
‘To China,’ replied the teacher.
‘Do you speak Chinese?’
‘I know two words.’
The child looked puzzled. ‘Do you know who you will be teaching?’
The mystic smiled. ‘No. not yet. I will know soon enough.’
The child paused to think about this. The stillness offered comfort. ‘Are you afraid?’
The teacher leaned forward and looked deep into his daughter’s sparking, inquisitive eyes. ‘No, sweetheart. I am not afraid. You see, there is no fear in the nature of my work.’
For this book John says that his experiences with A Course in Miracles led him to channel his book Beyond Doubt: Four Steps To Inner Peace.
“There is no need to be afraid.”
John offers a simple, four-step model, “The Ring of Peace,” to facilitate inner peace and joy in everyday life. The model teaches the seeker how to release any hidden guilt and doubt buried in the unconscious mind, thus altering perception of the world. It shows people how to see and experience the wisdom and peace of God, even in what might now seem like the most difficult circumstances. The challenge is to overcome the resistance the ego puts forth, a battle that has been going on in the collective mind since the fall from grace. Beware of this constraint, learn to understand it and let it go. Eternal flow and divine grace will follow. Be in-Spirit and you are inspired, a state of mind where fear and doubt cannot abide.
“Acceptance” is featured from the meditation archive at Interlude: An Internet Retreat.
